I created an animated music video for 'Liberty's Mother' also known as Sophie Daniels, the head of Songwriting at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance. The animation was commissioned as part of a series made to accompany the release of a not for profit EP, aiming to raise funds to support Tommy's charity and promote awareness of baby loss.
After discussing Sophie's aims for the project, I began storyboarding visuals that I felt connected with the song and the message of the lyrics. I wanted to explore how the physical distance between the two characters could be used as a metaphor for the relationship between them; their shared journey from different perspectives.
